Catering

A final reminder that evening meals for Friday and Saturday must be purchased before Wednesday: https://portal.whitefriarssc.org/event/hansa-nationals-2024 Let me know if you run in to any issues with the booking system.

Access and Arrival

Whitefriars Sailing Club is located just outside Ashton Keynes, Wiltshire and is accessed via Whitefriars Lane.

About half way down Whitefriars Lane you will come to an electric gate, this will be open during the days of the event but outside of that it can be opened using the code: 6512#

Boats can be dropped of on Thursday Evening or Friday Morning if arriving on Friday the site opens at 9am and we will have club volunteers marshalling the car park.

Camping

If you are camping you are welcome to arrive on Thursday.

I have attached a map of the site, also I will be onsite in the clubhouse area all-day Thursday and in to the evening, so come and find me and I can show you where to find things.

The camping field is accessed through the gate marked on the map, do not drive through the middle of the field as it is still soft from the recent rain. The edges are more solid.

Power is available via standard 16A sockets on the wall of the barn.

The Barn also houses 2 toilets, one of which is an accessible wet room. Additional facilities, including the kitchen can be found within the clubhouse.
