TT Entries and Refunds
A credit will be available to everyone that enters in advance of an event as long as they cancel their booking on the Hansa Booking Website by 2pm the day before the event. Once you have cancelled your booking, a credit will automatically become available when making a booking for a future Hansa event. The credit will be stored on the member’s account and can be used for any future Hansa Event, Membership renewal or Rig Boat hire. There is no option of a refund, just a credit (valid for 2 years) against a future event. This is to minimise bank charges.
Cancellations must be made by clicking the link in the confirmation email you received when you made your booking, and then clicking the “I can’t make it” button at the bottom of the booking page.
